The trolley seen running off is whizzing along the tracks. Five people are unable to take a walk along the rail tracks. The track is next to an lever. If you pull that lever it will change the track to a different set of tracks. In the meantime, you will see that there’s a person who is on the opposite track.
Five people get killed while you observe the unfolding drama. You can choose to push the lever, and the death of one person could occur.
